1. Enrollment and Commitment**
- Contract Duration: Students enrol for a minimum period of 3 months, with automatic renewal unless notice is given.
- Monthly Payment: A direct debit of £45 is due on the initial date of sign up each month.
- Number of Sessions: The program includes 36 sessions per year, with each session lasting 1 hour.
- Class Size: Each band will consist of up to 7 students, led by a Music Mentor.

2. Payment Terms
- Payment Method: All payments are to be made by direct debit.
- Late Payments: If a payment is late or missed, a late fee of £15 may be applied.
- Non-Payment: Continued non-payment may result in suspension of sessions until the account is settled.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel the contract with 30 days written notice. No refunds for unused sessions unless special circumstances apply. Our direct debits are annualised over the year however sessions take place only during term time. Therefore a final bill will be made to reflect this which may be more or less than your regular monthly bill.
- Missed Sessions: If a student misses a session, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Studio Cancellations: If the studio cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., tutor illness, emergencies), a make-up session or a refund will be offered.
4. Commitment to Sessions
- Attendance: Regular attendance is expected. Students are encouraged to attend all 36 sessions to maximise their learning experience.
- Punctuality: Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not receive the full benefit of the session.
5. Studio Rules and Conduct
- Behaviour Expectations: Students must respect the tutor, fellow students, and studio equipment. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program.
- Equipment: The studio provides all necessary equipment. Any damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement fees.
6. Holidays and Studio Closures
- Unexpected Closures: If the studio must close due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, emergencies), efforts will be made to reschedule missed sessions.
7. Termination
- Breach of Terms: The studio reserves the right to terminate the contract if terms and conditions are repeatedly violated by the student.
8. Media and Publicity
- Consent: By enrolling, students and/or their guardians consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.
